Poisson Software Co., Chinese IT company is inviting
an IT-recruiter/Recruitment manager
to join our team.
Your responsibilities:
- search and selection of IT candidates (sourcing and scoring of candidates);
- conducting business communication with candidates and internal customers (establishing/maintaining contact, being able to attract/interest a candidate with a technical stack, project, team; collecting requirements and system interaction with customers);
- compliance with the internal rules of work and the employer's hiring and hunting policy;
- spot hunting (rare market leaders) and general selection (middle, senior);
- analysis of the Russian market, determination of the search strategy;
- placement of vacancies on social networks, in profile groups and chats;
- organization and conduct of interviews with candidates;
- maintaining a database of candidates and reporting;
- HRBP assistance in the search and selection of candidates.
Our expectations:
- completed higher education, preferably in the field of technical and/or personnel management/psychology;
- average English (B1 and above, reading/writing, ability to convey a message in conversation),
- experience in recruitment from 3 years and above, lack of experience can compensate for your knowledge and skills;
- experience in recruitment for technologically advanced positions (preferably software development, telecom, QA, DevOps) will be a plus;
- knowledge and mastery of sources, tools and methods of search;
- excellent communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of the basics of time management, the ability to concentrate in any conditions and work with a large amount of data in multithreading mode;
- the desire to develop in IT recruitment, the ability to learn quickly, work independently and together with the team;
- well-developed ability to self-motivation, result orientation and effective work process.
