Right now we are looking for a Product Manager who needs an ambitious challenge and is ready to participate in a large-scale change of the e-commerce market in Europe.

This vacancy is for you if you like to solve challenges, experiment and create products for millions of users.

Purpose of position - Create and manage IT solutions in line with the requirements of business stakeholders and maximize their value

What you will need to do:

1. Contribute and keep up-to-date with the Vision of the entrusted Product

2. Manage Roadmap of releases and features

3. Manage Backlog with large epics, features and tasks

4. Manage the priorities of features and tasks in the backlog by value in iterations.

5. Control the development stages in a sprint and the release stages

6. Evaluate the progress of product development, organise and conduct regular retrospectives

7. Communicate with POs of other / related departments on overlapping tasks / dependencies

8. Monitor similar solutions of competitors, evaluate and shape the advantages of own product.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience as a Product Manager / Owner — at least 3 years

2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

3. High degree of self-organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

4. Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

5. Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and Customer development practices

6. English at least B1

7. Higher education
