Our company includes now the overall amount of 200 employees who work in offices in St. Petersburg and Limassol (Cyprus). The IQ Option team is engaged in promoting the platform in the B2C segment and includes specialists of customer service, marketing, affiliate program managers, antifraud, billing, and dealing.

What is the Customer Support Department in IQ Option?
This is a large, professional team of Customer Support Specialists. We speak 11 languages and work 24/7 ??to help our users from all over the world understand all the peculiarities of trading. We work 2/2 day/night schedule (it means that you work one day shift (10.00 - 22.00 (Moscow time), then you have 24 hours break, after that night shift (22.00 - 10.00), then 2 days-off).
Our main channel of communication is chats. Less clients contact us via calls and e-mails. It happens really often that our regular customers write to us just to find out how is it going, or which movie to watch in the evening, so your work will be different every day :)
Who is a Customer Support officer?
- He writes and speaks foreign languages fluently (English + Italian);
- He is so fluent in the product that the customer understands it perfectly (and we will always help with this: we have a knowledge base, an established system of continuous learning and test devices with a platform installed on them for the most individual approach to the client);
- The Customer Care Specialist is able to determine the need of the client and find a solution that suits him;
- Our specialists are individuals, not robots! We do not have scripts, each operator communicates with the client on his own behalf and in his own manner, and we always note the original approach to work;
- Customer Care agent is not afraid of difficulties and high load. We are intense in everything - in work and in rest!
